01Legal status of this document
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, including amendments introduced by the Information Technology Act, 2000 to other statutes. Being generated by a computer system, it does not require a physical or digital signature.
It is published in line with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing rules, regulations, a privacy policy, and terms of use for access to webdevx.in (the "Platform"), including any related mobile site or app.
02Who operates this Platform
The Platform is owned and operated by WebDevX ("Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Gujarat, India.
03What these terms cover
Your use of the Platform, and any services or tools we offer, is governed by these Terms of Use together with the policies referenced here. If you transact on the Platform, the policies applicable to that transaction apply to you. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and become subject to our binding obligations. Any additional or conflicting terms you propose are expressly rejected.

Throughout this document, "you" or "user" refers to any person who has agreed to use the Platform.
04Your obligations as a user

We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of information and materials offered on the Platform for any specific purpose, and we exclude liability for inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
06Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including design, layout, look, and graphics — is proprietary to us or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership, title, or interest in that content. Unauthorised use may result in action under these Terms or applicable law.
07Third-party links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, provided for your convenience. Once you access a third-party site, you are governed by that site's own terms of use and privacy policy — we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
08Entering into a contract
Initiating a transaction for any Service on the Platform creates a legally binding and enforceable contract between you and WebDevX for that Service.
09Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, other policies, or applicable law, including infringement of a third party's rights.
10Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform an obligation under these Terms where that failure is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event beyond their reasonable control.
11Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim relating to them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, Gujarat].
