We offer a return, exchange, or refund within the first 7 days from your date of purchase. Once 7 days have passed, we're unable to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

02Eligibility criteria

1. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in.
2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
3. Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Only items found to be defective or damaged are eligible for replacement under an exchange request.

03Exempted categories

Certain product categories are exempt from returns or refunds. Where applicable, this will be clearly noted at the point of purchase.

04How the process works

Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it and email you to confirm receipt. If the item passes our quality check, your return or exchange request is processed according to this policy.
